Cucumbers and gherkins

Cucumbers and Gherkins like warmth, so they prefer a sunny, sheltered position. If you have a greenhouse, this is perfect, but Bakker also has varieties that are suitable for planting out in the open. The cucumber is a climbing plant, and it can also be grown in a pot on the patio with a suitable support. The seedless fruits can either be eaten fresh or pickled.
