All hardy perennials, shrubs, trees, roses and hedges come with a five-year growth and flowering guarantee, as these products need more time to reach maturity.

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer services department on 0844 493 2000 within 8 working days from receipt of Goods, who will then arrange for a credit, refund or replacement.
