Explanation
24 Items 24 outstanding items have been selected from our range and are displayed on 6 A4 pages. A small PDF file has been created for each A4 page. These files can be opened and printed out using Adobe, a program that you probably already have on your computer. If not this can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet.
Order form You will also find a Word file with an order form. It is a good idea to fill in an order form for each order, stating the name and address of the buyer, the articles desired and the total order sum. The buyer should also be given a copy of this order form.
Letter of introduction It may also be a good idea to give a letter of introduction to the people who will be selling the bulbs for your good cause. This letter should not be too long, and should preferably be written on the writing paper of the club, school or organization for which the fund-raising is intended, and signed by the chairman or headmaster. The letter should explain what you are doing and what the cash raised will be used for, and should thank the reader in advance for his or her support.
 After you have printed out this simple set of documents, your bulb campaign can begin. The letter of introduction is missing from this photo, of course, as you will have to write this yourself.
Collective order form You will also find a Word file of a collective order form. Add up all the orders that you have received and fill in the collective order form. Only accept orders paid for in cash. This will prevent you from having to advance the money. Check whether the money you have received tallies with the total order sum, then send us the collective order form, keeping a copy for yourself. A minimum order sum of £175.00 is required in order to qualify for the discount.
Tip You could make your campaign more exciting and give your sellers an extra incentive by awarding a prize to the person who sells the most bulbs. This prize may be a football, a book, or whatever you believe will motivate your sellers the most.
Discount As we have kept everything simple and are leaving all the hard work to you, we can offer you an amazing discount of 40%. If your campaign continues over a prolonged period of time and you wish to place several orders, please bear in mind that you cannot add all your orders together in order to qualify for the discount. The minimum order sum of £175.00 applies to each separate order.
Payment We will debit the discounted amount from your debit or credit card when the order is depatched to you. Alternatively you may pay by your personal cheque or Postal Order, made payable to Bakker Spalding.
Forwarding To make things even simpler, no postage and packing costs will be charged. Your order will be delivered in cardboard boxes that are easy to manage, so no fork-lift trucks or pallets will be needed. The number of boxes you receive will obviously depend on the scale of your campaign. If you give a different delivery address, you must of course make sure that there is always someone present to accept the delivery.
